How do I determine my correct nail size?
You can find your perfect fit by using our printable size guide located on each product page or by ordering an Ersa Nails Sizing Kit to ensure the most accurate measurement before purchasing a full set.
How long do Ersa Nails press-ons stay on?
With proper prep using our included application kit, your nails can last up to 2 weeks with nail glue, or 2-4 days when using our temporary adhesive tabs.
Are the nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our premium nails are designed for durability. If applied with adhesive tabs, they can be reused multiple times. If using glue, you can gently buff away old glue residue from the back of the nail to wear them again.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days domestically, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail sets. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
